Alaska Mission Trip FeedbackPlease complete the form below to help us plan for group testimony service & for future mission trips! Name What are 3 words you would use to describe this year's mission trip to Alaska? We talked about how experiencing beauty calls something out of us. We also took some time to enjoy the beauty of God's creation with Him, as a way to experience the fellowship of God. How did seeing & experiencing the beauty of Alaska engage your heart & mind in worship? We prayed we would enjoy the freedom of life in Jesus as we served Him together. How did God answer this prayer for you (freedom in sharing His story, freedom in enjoying His Word & world, freedom in enjoying life in His family, etc.) We prayed a lot about team unity. How did you see God answer this prayer during our mission trip? We asked God to help us be obedient & faithful to "sow" seeds of faith wherever we went, for opportunities to humbly serve one another & do good to all people for His glory, and to have a renewed excitement to be part of God's Kingdom building. How did you see God answer these prayers during our mission trip? If you still have it, look over your devotional guide from the trip. Is there anything about experiencing the wonder of God, triumph of Jesus, or life in the Spirit you want to share? How were you impacted by our prayer & focus on humbly serving one another? How did God give you joy as you served our team, the Operation Alaska team, our church partners, & the Shady Birch community? Each evening, we invited God's Spirit to show us how we needed His help to do good for His glory the next day. How was your personal relationship/friendship with God strengthened through this mission trip? One of the themes of our trip was being partners in the gospel. How did our study in Philippians & our experience with the Operation Alaska team, Christians we met at Shady Birch, C3, Greater Friendship Baptist, Hillside Baptist, & serving with our mission team deepen your life & delight in partners in the gospel? What did God teach you about being a partner in the gospel & praying for partners in the gospel? How are you carrying what you learned & applying it to your life in Hawaii? Talk about our ministry at Shady Birch. What relationships surprised you? How do you see God at work? How were you encouraged by the work of God in this community? What else do you think is important for our church family to know about the work of God in Alaska & in us through this mission trip?
