Parenting is hard and often lonely. Manoa Moms is a ministry of University Avenue Baptist Church. Our goal is to encourage, support, and bless families in our neighborhood. Manoa Moms is a community of families. You do not have to be Christian or live in Manoa to join our classes or gatherings. You are loved. You are not alone. We are in this together.

MOM + ME PRESCHOOL
Our Mom + Me Preschool class meets on Wednesdays at 11 AM in Koon Mission Building.

MOM + ME BABY
Motherhood can be exhausting and lonely. Especially in the first year post-partum, many moms experience anxiety, depression and are challenged by the lack of sleep and support. Mom + Me Baby seeks to provide a safe place for moms to come and rest. We will offer practical tips for parenting as well as spiritual insights that will help moms not only care for their babies but for their own souls as well.
Mom + Me Baby is for moms (or any caring grown up–grandparents, dads, aunties, uncles, etc.) and their baby (12 months and younger).

PAU HANA BOOK CLUB
Our current Pau Hana Book Clubs for women & dads will resume on Friday, January 26, at 4:30 PM. Our women will be reading The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer. Our dads will continue reading The Intentional Father by Jon Tyson.
